Use the same Behavior COSMOS email and password for Nebula, Supernova, and Polaris.

Enter the email used to create your account. Requesting a new link replaces the previous link. Check your spam folder too.
For privacy, the response does not reveal whether an account exists. Email verification is still required before signing in.
Create your COSMOS account
Create one account for all three apps. The Case Manager subscription includes two aide accounts after approval.
Reset password
Enter your verified email. If your account exists, you'll receive a reset link.
Verify your email
The verification link includes a single-use token that expires after 30 minutes.
Choose a new password
The reset token expires after 20 minutes. Resetting the password invalidates existing account sessions.
Your COSMOS access
Application access is enforced by the server. Requested or pending access does not permit entry. Subscription payments are not active.
